Picture Downloader allows you to download media files from web sites and then view them offline using an internal or external viewers. Picture Downloader is the tool to search, view, download and manage pictures and media files (video, audio) from the web easily. It is useful for digital artists, designers, photographers, webmasters, journalists and other people to get images without the need to save them to your disk manually one-by-one.
