Moodring is the third studio album by American singer Mya, released by Interscope Records on July 22, 2003 in the United States. The album featured production by Missy Elliot, Timbaland, Rockwilder, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, among others, it spawned two singles: the Missy Elliot-produced "My Love Is Like...Wo" and mid-tempo track "Fallen."

The album debut at number three on the Billboard 200 chart in August 2003 with first-week sales of 113,000. It was certified gold by the RIAA on September 25, 2003, and earned Mya two nominations at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards for Best Dance Video and Best Choreography.
