Gare du Nord are Dutch/Belgian lounge-duo that is formed by Doc (Ferdy Lancee) and Inca (Barend Fransen). Ferdy Lancee and the Belgian saxofonist Barend Fransen started their cooperation in 2001, as a result of a soundtrack for one-off lounge in Belgium. Music comes in the hands of the large independent Play It Again Sam in Brussels what leads Excellounge (2001) and child or Cool to the albums (2002). Some tracks can be found on the soundtrack of the series Six Feet Under and the horrorfilm Ghost Rider (2006). In 2003, Gare du Nord continued with nine men strong link touring the Netherlands and Russia. In their own Cell4-Studio in the Netherlands the third album Club Gare du Nord (2005) is incorporated.
